护士航海家 - Caring for the Patient

To help guide patients through their cancer treatment journey, a nurse navigator can help coordinate patient-centered care in the following ways:

  • Assist with appointments and paperwork for the patient
  • Answer any questions you may have about your cancer and/or treatment plan
  • Let patients know what resources are available, such as nutritional advise, 支持 groups, or social workers to answer questions concerning financial 问题等.
